Jan Sáska competes in Elite XCO MTB – the Olympic discipline of cross-country mountain biking. He is in his second season in the Elite Men World Cup and is moving up – he most recently finished 20th at the European Championships. On the track, he is the type of rider who likes to try things his own way, instead of riding according to established training schemes. He handles it similarly off the track: without a big team behind him, he put together his own sponsorship support, thanks to which he managed to ride the entire World Cup season.
